What data is collected and why
- Contact and commission forms — your name, email address, and anything you choose to write or upload (for example a phone number, budget, or reference photo). This is used only to answer your message or to prepare a commission offer. The legal basis is your consent and, for commissions, steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.
- Emails you send directly — handled the same way as form messages.
- Technical data — like any website, the hosting server records basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in log files to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept only for a short time.
Form messages are delivered by email and are not stored in the website’s database. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Embedded content and links
Event pages show maps from Google Maps. When a map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. The site also links to Instagram, Facebook, and the Wonder Shop, which have their own privacy policies.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Technical cookies are only used when an administrator logs in, and by embedded Google Maps as described above.
How long data is kept
Messages are kept for as long as the conversation requires. If a commission leads to a purchase, related information is kept for as long as Finnish accounting law requires (currently six years). You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
Where data is processed
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Emails are delivered through the site’s email provider. These service providers process data only to provide their service.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive your data in a portable format. To use these rights, contact jasuwonderworld@yahoo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Online shop
Purchases made in the Wonder Shop are covered by the shop’s own privacy policy and terms.
